Registrations – 5th Edition of the InDireita Festival
The InDireita Festival is a community festival in the center of Portimão designed to bring families and friends together in a good vibe. One Sunday per quarter, we close Rua Direita to traffic to host an open-air market with live music (bands on the main stage and buskers along the street), games and workshops with free access, food, sports activities (skateboarding, circus, parkour…), live art and performances.

Available categories and fees:
Handicrafts: €30 + VAT
"Handicrafts" include all handmade products: jewelry, clothing, leather goods, plants, ceramics, baked goods, cosmetics, art, etc. Bottled liqueurs are accepted as long as they are not for direct consumption at the event.Services: €30 + VAT
"Services" include those performed on-site: braiding, body painting, massages, tattoos, piercings…Food: €60 + VAT
"Food" refers to edible products for direct consumption at the event. We do not accept drink vendors as we already have bars helping to fund the event.Second-Hand Market: €15 + VAT
"Second-hand" includes all types of pre-owned items (clothing, games, books, household items…). Handmade products are not accepted in this category.
Application Deadline:
Handicrafts and Food: Applications must be submitted by September 14.
After the selection process, applicants will receive an email stating whether they’ve been accepted. If accepted, the email will include the IBAN and the amount due to secure participation.Second-Hand Vendors: This category is not subject to selection. Your registration is enough to confirm your participation.
What’s Included:
Each vendor is allotted a maximum space of 3 meters in length.
For handicrafts and food, we provide a 2x1m table and a tablecloth.
For food, each electrical appliance must be discussed and approved in advance due to power limitations which could affect the whole event.
For the second-hand market, we provide a 1x1m table.
Lighting is not provided – apart from the street lamps, vendors must bring their own lighting solutions.

Registration
Registrations must be made exclusively through the online platform.
Each application must include photos of the products and/or links to social media.
During the selection period, please do not contact us to ask if you’ve been selected – we are reviewing all applications.
Once the selection is made, you'll receive a confirmation email stating whether you were accepted or not, along with payment details to secure your spot.
In case of cancellation by the vendor, payments are non-refundable.
Participation
Each registration grants one market spot with a maximum size of 3 meters.
Spots are assigned by the organizers, with care taken to ensure product diversity throughout the market.
We provide a 2x1m table and tablecloth (1x1m for second-hand).
Vendors are responsible for their own lighting, decoration, and shade (we recommend bringing extension cords). Tents are not provided.
Vendors must comply with setup and takedown times. The street will be closed to vehicles during a defined window; late arrivals will not be allowed to drive into the area.
A loading/unloading map will be provided.
Vendors must be present from 10 AM until 9 PM.
Payment & Licenses
Payment is made via bank transfer only. We do not accept MB Way.
Vendors do not need a market/fair license to operate within the event.
Vendors are responsible for the legality of their products.
Communication
You’re welcome to post stories before and during the event tagging @p.o.i.s_ — we’ll do our best to share your content!
We ask you to maintain a visually appealing aesthetic in your stories to best represent your work.
However, as the festival approaches and especially during the event itself, we’re often very busy and may not be able to share all content.
All data provided will be used exclusively by the association P.O.I.S / Bailado Cósmico and will never be shared with third parties.
